    Position Summary 

    The Account Executive will focus on new business bookings within our Commercial segment (greenfield accounts with revenues under $500 M) through the creation of sales leads, establishing ongoing rapport and closing business. The ideal candidate will have the drive to breakdown doors and the skillset to help customers understand the transformational value Hacker Powered Security can bring to their business.

    Position Summary

    HackerOne is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Engagement Manager to join our team and help some of our largest customers run their hacker-powered security assessments. This role entails the comprehensive management of HackerOne Assessment projects, including interfacing with clients and leading internal initiatives to bolster HackerOne Assessments' capabilities. As a Senior Technical Engagement Manager, you are the owner of end-to-end delivery of HackerOne Assessment engagements. You will work closely with customers to scope, plan, source, schedule, and report on security assessment engagements. You will be an active participant in strategic business decision-making and ownership in establishing security testing standards to expand the capabilities of HackerOne Assessments. 

    This is a technical delivery, individual contributor role and reports directly into the Senior Manager, Technical Engagements. The job can be performed remotely, but does require availability based in EMEA/UK hours.

    What You Will Do

    • You will lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex security engagements. These including HackerOne Pentests, HackerOne Challenges, attack surface reconnaissance, and more.

    • Scope technical engagements based on customer and testing needs.

    • Find creative solutions to conduct optimal security testing in the face of situationally unique limitations.

    • Train and educate your teammates on your security specializations and expertise.

    • Develop testing program plans for HackerOne technical engagements that align with customer goals and drive desired outcomes and results.

    • Maintain, enhance and develop testing methodologies for various different types of attack surfaces.

    • Represent HackerOne’s Assessment delivery process and methodologies to customers’ business leaders and executives.

    • A background in ethical hacking/pentesting on bug bounty programs

    HackerOne is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for Information Security to join our Technical Services team. As a Security Analyst, you will gain hands-on technical experience and exposure to some of the world’s best hackers while delivering high-impact vulnerabilities to the top bug bounty programs in the industry.  

    This role requires excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and drive to acquire the technical skills you’ll need to ensure every valid bug report is reproducible and provides value to HackerOne customers. 

    What You Will Do

    • Evaluate assigned vulnerability reports submitted by hackers to determine the validity, risk and severity to HackerOne customers

    • Collaborate with hackers to address missing information from reports as well as educate the HackerOne community members when reports are invalid

    • Compose a technical summary for each valid report that includes clear and concise details regarding the impact, steps to reproduce and remediation advice

    • Ensure clear and efficient communication between hackers and customers

    • Proactively identify and solve issues, as well as accept and quickly respond to delegated work; as we are distributed, being able to win as a team to solve problems is critical to our success

    Minimum Qualifications  

    • Proven experience with vulnerability disclosure and bug bounty (experience managing a bug bounty program is a plus but not required)

    • Strong technical knowledge of OWASP top 10

    • Comfortable using security testing tools including Burpsuite 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Experience using frameworks such as CVSS

    Senior Manager, Public Sector Sales

    HackerOne is looking for a bright, highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead our Federal Sales Team. The Senior Manager of Federal Sales will focus on developing and executing Sales strategies to drive revenue within Civilian, DoD and Intel agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders and shown success in operating with complex Enterprise sales cycles. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
