    Position Summary

    HackerOne has been leading the Hacker-Powered Security category for years. Now, Hackerone is driving its platform strategy and enterprise GTM model forward. We are looking for a relationship building and highly motivated Account Executive to help us.

    The Account Executive will focus on new business bookings within our Enterprise segment (greenfield accounts with revenues over $500 M) through the creation of sales leads, establishing ongoing rapport and closing business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to effectively communicate over the phone, through email and face-to-face, and shown success in operating with fast-paced sales cycles.

    Position Summary

    HackerOne is looking for a Commercial Counsel to be a “hands-on” member of the legal team and support the company in its mission to build a safer internet. You will be asked to leverage your contract negotiation and drafting skills and to collaborate cross-functionally with teams at HackerOne, all while working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

    What You Will Do

    • Draft and negotiate a high volume of SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, reseller agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other ancillary documents relating to HackerOne’s products and services.

    • Review product and commercial matters, including vendor and partnership agreements, go-to-market enablement, and other matters as they arise.

    • Advise on corporate governance matters, audits, annual report filings, and other corporate transactions. 

    • Work cross-functionally on a variety of legal matters to support business development and innovation across markets.

    • Contribute positively to the legal team and to the company.

    • Provide clear and pragmatic legal advice to non-lawyers on a mix of commercial and corporate matters.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school (JD) and bar admission in good standing in your practice jurisdiction.

    • 5 years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house, including transactional experience and ideally with international exposure.

    • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change within a rapidly growing company.

    Position Summary 

    As a Software Engineer III at HackerOne, you will participate in a new, ambitious project and drive architectural discussions and decisions. You will be part of the Security Talent Management Squad, a team responsible for building and maintaining products like Hacktivity, Opportunity Discovery and many more. You will create a real impact by improving hacker-facing features, APIs and automation. 

    You will interact with one of the most vibrant communities of security researchers and hackers in the world, deliver amazing product offerings for thousands of companies who trust HackerOne with their cybersecurity and work on platform features for our internal stakeholders.

    What You Will Do

    • Your first month will be spent getting to know our company and your fellow HackerOnies through our well-organized and fun onboarding process called H.A.T.C.H. You will be setting up your development environment, getting a feel for our engineering processes, and embarking on a journey to fully understand the domain you will be working with.

    • By day 30 you will have met most of your fellow Engineering HackerOnies, you will have paired with other Software Engineers, you will have a strong feel for our codebases and Security Talent Management products and will be prepared to start hands-on coding.

    • By day 60 you’ll be involved in building a meaningful part of one of the projects and you will have become more connected with our community and various stakeholders.

    • By day 90 you’ll have impressed your colleagues with your technical contributions, and you’ll have earned trust and credibility within your squad and the whole Engineering team, presenting your progress during our review/demo sessions.

    • Your experience from here is yours to own. You could lead an important new project and work hand-in-hand with our principal engineer and designer. You could innovate during a Hack Week, by building something amazing that solves a problem for another team.

    Position Summary

    HackerOne is seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for Information Security to join our Technical Services team. As a Security Analyst, you will gain hands-on technical experience and exposure to some of the world’s best hackers while delivering high-impact vulnerabilities to the top bug bounty programs in the industry.  

    This role requires excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity and drive to acquire the technical skills you’ll need to ensure every valid bug report is reproducible and provides value to HackerOne customers. 

    For AMER: This job reports to a Manager in-region and can be based anywhere within the United States or Canada.

    What You Will Do

    • Evaluate assigned vulnerability reports submitted by hackers to determine the validity, risk and severity to HackerOne customers

    • Collaborate with hackers to address missing information from reports as well as educate the HackerOne community members when reports are invalid

    • Compose a technical summary for each valid report that includes clear and concise details regarding the impact, steps to reproduce and remediation advice

    • Ensure clear and efficient communication between hackers and customers

    • Proactively identify and solve issues, as well as accept and quickly respond to delegated work; as we are distributed, being able to win as a team to solve problems is critical to our success
