  • Customer Success Manager, EMEA & APAC

    Distributed, India or APAC Customer Success
    HackerOne is hiring a Customer Success Manager, EMEA & APAC is responsible for the customer relationship and works with enterprise customers by leading, coordinating, and monitoring their programs, as well as handle the account lifecycle from onboarding through delivery for client engagements. The Program Manager will have dedicated strategic SaaS accounts which they run. They are also responsible for gathering feedback from customers and working with internal HackerOne teams to improve the customer experience. This role can be based in either Singapore or India.

    Your Journey at HackerOne

    • Work with HackerOne and client partners to gather and document requirements, then ensure the requirements solve a customer’s pain point or objective(s) through project outcomes and deliverables.
    • Serve as liaison between clients and HackerOne technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.
    • Build and maintain a network of cross-functional technical resources within HackerOne and across any relative partnerships to allow for higher productivity, increased business, and rapid resolution of problems and partner concerns.
    • Contribute to the refinement of the HackerOne Customer Services methodology.
    • Provide support by driving the value of HackerOne to both potential and existing HackerOne customers and internal sales teams alike.
    • Customer onboarding
    • Understand customer’s internal processes & goals, share standard methodologies.
    • Provide tips on working with hackers.
    • Training on products, set up common workflows/integrations, etc..
    • Accounts optimization
    • Develop good working relationships with customers.
    • Data-driven benchmarking, insights, and recommendations.
    • Support program-specific expansion efforts (targeted invites, promotions, etc..)
    • Collect product feedback/feature requests, and demo new features.
    • Support public launches and related communication efforts.
    • Liaison with other touch-points - most frequently triage partners & other teams from H1.
    • Be a HackerOne product expert.
    • Specialists at running vulnerability disclosure/bug bounty programs.
    • Personalized recommendations for various maturity stages based on best practices and data.
    • Operationalizing customer feedback
    • Provide feedback and insights gained through customer interaction to internal teams.
    • Champion product features on behalf of customers, and participate in product discussion.
    • Travel as required (post-Covid)

    Who You Are

    • Proven ability to organize and execute projects in a consistent, repeatable and reliable manner
    • Technical conversational knowledge in the following areas:
    • Capacity, utilization, and performance of SaaS applications
    • IT Service Management and Service Delivery (ITIL certification preferred)

  • Customer Success Manager, SMB

    Distributed, US Customer Success
    The Customer Success Manager, SMB is responsible for customer relationships and works with customers by leading, coordinating and monitoring the success of their programs. Program Managers have a dedicated portfolio of accounts  which they manage throughout the lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. They are also responsible for gathering feedback from customers and working with internal HackerOne teams to improve the customer experience and product suite.
    The Customer Success team crafts great customer experiences by being our customers’ most trusted advisors for building successful security programs on HackerOne. 

    This role can be based anywhere in the United States.

    YOUR JOURNEY AT HACKERONE

    • Work with customers to gather and document requirements, then ensure the requirements solve a customer’s business objective(s) through project outcomes and deliverables
    • Serve as liaison between customers and HackerOne internal departments (sales, engineering, marketing, etc.) in order to ensure that all milestones and requirements are met
    • Support customers with escalations and keep them up to date on progress toward resolution in the event of any hacker<>customer mediations
    • Contribute to the refinement of the HackerOne Customer Success methodology
    • Deliver strategic presentations to customer executives that help illustrate the value of HackerOne services and progress towards customers’ high-level security goals

    United States Sales
    HackerOne is looking for a bright, highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our sales team. The Director of Alliances will be tasked with expanding the current partner relationships and helping to develop the GTM strategy for HackerOne. With strategic partnerships in place, this is an opportunity to create and grow a world-class alliances organization.  Recently AWS has selected HackerOne to be their sole partner in the crowdsourced security space so we are looking for a person who has experience directly growing this relationship.     • 3+ years of experience hiring and managing a team
    • A background and hands-on experience in all areas of digital marketing: SEO, SEM, paid social, ABM, paid sponsorships, email nurture, web strategy, and optimization, including web reporting and conversion rate optimization.
    • Experience managing and optimizing budgets, analytics tools, CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing tools

    • Schedule and staff each engagement with the best-suited penetration testing team for the job
    • Obtain access to the assessment scope, confirming access, credentials, and documentation is in shape for the Pentest Team to hit the ground running
    • Work alongside many great Lead Pentesters from our global hacker community
    • Interface with the hacker community to ensure full coverage of the scope, report back to the client on progress the team is making, and run point on any escalations that may come up during the engagement
    • Ensuring quality & technical accuracy for all deliverables produced during an engagement
    • Drive on-time and satisfactory delivery of each engagement
    • Present technical findings and vulnerability details to our customers’ business stakeholders
    • Lead and coordinate internal projects to make process and efficiency improvements
    • Active SME contribution in bringing to market new types of security assessments
    • Provide strategic input into the product roadmap of HackerOne’s suite of assessments

    • You’ve successfully delivered many technical penetration testing engagements but have begun to feel disillusioned with the limitations of the traditional consulting model

  • Workday Application Engineer

    We are looking for a Workday application Engineer with a solid technical background and excellent relationship skills to take ownership of our Workday implementation partnering with stakeholders from our People and Finance teams. 

    This is an exciting opportunity that will allow you to significantly shape our use of Workday as well as our broader business system architecture and strategy. We already use Workday for HCM and Financials but we have many business processes that we want to automate and improve and we know that there is functionality in Workday that we have yet to leverage.     Your Journey at HackerOne

    • Partner with stakeholders across People and Finance to implement new Workday releases, leverage new functionality and automate business processes
    • Design, develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other applications
    • Develop a strong understanding of our business model 
    • Develop requirements and systems documentation 
    • Contribute to the evolution of our broader business systems & data architecture
    • Contribute to knowledge repositories with a particular focus on documenting source system schemas showing keys, relationships, and cardinality
    • Contribute to, and champion, the overall business application and data strategy at Hackerone 

    Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience of architecting and solutioning in Workday HCM and Finance
    • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from users and actively solutioning with business partners
    • Experience of using Web Services & REST API’s in conjunction with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi or Mulesoft 
    • Experience working with Agile methodologies
    • Understanding of SFDC would be a plus
    • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Workday Certified (completed or in progress)
