  • Manager, Security Advisory Services - EMEA

    HackerOne is looking for an experienced leader to join the Security Advisory Services team. In this role, you will lead a team of solutions architects in the EMEA region. The team is responsible for building and running Hacker-Powered Security programs using a broad portfolio of products and services and helping customers work effectively with the world’s largest community of hackers. 

    The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge about security vulnerabilities and has experience managing a distributed team of technical experts.

    This is a post-sale role inside our Customer Success function. The job can be performed on-site from our offices in London and Groningen (The Netherlands) and also remotely from anywhere in the UK, Netherlands, and many other European Union member states.

      60-90 Days: Within the first 90 days, you will partner with the global team to build a portfolio of initiatives and projects you will own, ranging from preparing and supporting new product launches to improving and developing new, innovative services for our customers and hackers.

    This team member will own our Marketo instance, as well as the integration points with our other martech tools. The right candidate can leverage core marketing automation processes to track performance and accelerate funnel progression. They also have a deep understanding of contact lifecycle management, nurture flows, data enrichment and normalization, lead scoring, and database segmentation.

    This remote position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations and is located remotely in the United States.

    YOUR JOURNEY AT HACKERONE

    • Manage and execute scalable and repeatable operational processes for marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring all relevant data points are captured and reportable
    • Own database management and cleanliness in order to accurately segment audiences, uphold data governance requirements and improve email engagement performance
    • Support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack, ensuring clean integrations, data sharing/syncing, and processes
    • Identify optimization opportunities to the existing attribution model, lifecycle, lead scoring, nurture, and data enrichment programs

    • 5+ years of pre sales experience with at least 3 years working with Enterprise and/or Federal customers

    HackerOne is looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to join our team and help some of our largest customers run their hacker-powered vulnerability assessment and penetration testing programs! This is a perfect role for someone who deeply understands the penetration testing process, has knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, and enjoys working with customers to improve their security posture while engaging daily with our global community of hackers. As a Technical Engagement Manager, you own the technical delivery and implementation of all penetration testing and vulnerability assessment products. You will work closely with customers large and small to scope, plan, schedule, and report on penetration testing projects.

    This is a technical delivery role inside the Customer Success department and reports directly into the Head of Security Assessments. The job can be performed onsite from our headquarters in San Francisco, and also remotely from anywhere in the United States.
