What our team says
HackerOne provides the most hip work environment in combination with very knowledgeable employees that share not only their expertise but personal stories. You can be yourself and will be rewarded for it.
The need for hacker-powered security is only getting greater, and I enjoy being a part of shaping what that will look like for years to come. It's rare to find an organization that allows you to help define an industry and that's what we're doing at HackerOne. The opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most intelligent, creative, and goofy people I've encountered is the cherry on top.
The company culture here is better than any company I have ever worked for ... by a country mile. It's the first time I looked at Glassdoor and found it to be actually underselling how good the culture was.
Working at HackerOne I've experienced teamwork like no other organization I've worked for. There are five company values that I see my coworkers practice daily but above all we win as a team and represent our values doing it.
As a security analyst, I get to work with the world's best hackers and companies. At any place you work, you improve the security of that one company using one particular technology. At HackerOne, I get to explore and improve the security of multiple companies using various tech and interact with the best of hackers.
H1 is the most caring and supportive company I have worked for. This is true of our employees, hackers, and clients. We work hard, but there is a real work life balance. As a working mum this is critical. I can feel successful in my role at work and at home.
HackerOne gives me the opportunity to be part of a start-up journey with global social impact (while working from The Netherlands/Groningen).
Making the Internet a safer place is a mission that's easy to get behind and one that I'm very proud to contribute to. We're changing the stigma of Hackers and working together to hack for good.
I love working at HackerOne because there's never a dull moment. I'm constantly learning. I feel like my work has purpose, and I love the people around me. It checks every box that is important to me in a job. No company is perfect, but the difference here here is that the struggle feels like growth; it doesn't make me worry, it makes me excited.
