    • In the first 30 days, you will work directly with the Manager, Customer Marketing, and other department stakeholders to create an advocacy plan that will help the organization acquire, manage and engage HackerOne advocates.
    • In the first 60 days, you will work closely with Marketing, Events, Account Management, Product, and Customer Success to create the ideal advocate journey - from advocacy nomination, tracking and development, data-centric reporting, and working with customers to get them ready to share their stories.

    • Experience with community, advocacy, or customer database management systems (Salesforce and Gainsight is a bonus)
    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with Sales and Customer Success teams.

    The Customer Success Manager, 1:Many is responsible for managing a tech touch approach to a large book of business. Customer Success Managers, 1:Many have a shared portfolio of accounts which they manage throughout the lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. Your Journey at HackerOne FCC Sanctions and ABC Director will lead firm-wide economic sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption compliance strategy, program, and oversight for HackerOne.     The Senior Code Review Engineer is responsible for the quality and fulfillment of HackerOne’s code review network.     Position Summary 
    The Technical Procurement Manager is responsible for administering HackerOne’s overall Third Party Risk Program. The position will help to maintain HackerOne’s security posture by maintaining our high degree of vendor security and integrity.
