  • Data Integration Engineer

    This is an exciting time to join us as a Data Integration Engineer where we are using the latest tools and techniques to evolve our business intelligence platform and build out our data integration capabilities between our key business applications.

    • Partner with stakeholders across the company (customer success, community, sales, marketing, finance and product) to establish and document data requirements 
    • Establish processes and governance around data design, consumption and protection
    • Establish operating processes to ensure operational excellence and openness
    • Develop a strong understanding of source data. Use this knowledge to design and build data integrations between applications, with our data lake and from our data lake into trustworthy and readily consumable data models

    Who you are

    • 5+ years of experience architecting and building enterprise data warehouses and data integrations
    • Deep data integration & transformation experience working with platforms (we use DBT, Workato, Fivetran, Snowflake, Postgres, SFDC and Workday)
    • Strong expertise in SQL query writing and optimization
    • Expertise in designing and building complex workflows, and robust job schedules
    • Extensive experience in troubleshooting data issues, analyzing end to end data pipelines and in working with end-users to resolve issues
    • Familiarity with the concepts of data change management and master data management
    • Experience with scripting languages such as Python

  • Manager, Security Advisory Services - EMEA

    Distributed, EMEA Customer Success
    HackerOne is looking for an experienced leader to join the Security Advisory Services team. In this role, you will lead a team of solutions architects in the EMEA region. The team is responsible for building and running Hacker-Powered Security programs using a broad portfolio of products and services and helping customers work effectively with the world’s largest community of hackers. 

    The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge about security vulnerabilities and has experience managing a distributed team of technical experts.

    This is a post-sale role inside our Customer Success function. The job can be performed on-site from our offices in London and Groningen (The Netherlands) and also remotely from anywhere in the UK, Netherlands, and many other European Union member states.

      1-30 days: During your first 30 days, you will focus on building relationships with the members of your team and the broader Security Advisory Services group while developing cross-functional connections across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales. You will be shadowing active customer work that the team undertakes to learn the way we work. You will continue to acclimate to the unique HackerOne culture. 

      30-60 days: During your first 60 days, you will partner with the global team to bring process and methodology creating a consistent standard of excellence across all services we provide to customers, hackers, and our internal stakeholders. In partnership with your direct team, you will also begin developing career and professional development plans.

      60-90 Days: Within the first 90 days, you will partner with the global team to build a portfolio of initiatives and projects you will own, ranging from preparing and supporting new product launches to improving and developing new, innovative services for our customers and hackers.

      Beyond 90 days: Empower your team to continuously seek opportunities for improvement and resolutely focus on technical excellence within customer success, meaningfully contributing to key results like NPS, retention, and renewals.

    Who You Are

    • 3+ years of application security experience, understand security fundamentals and common vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP Top 10)
    • 3+ years of customer-facing or consulting experience (Some of this should include helping non-technical stakeholders understand security topics)

    HackerOne is looking for a Technical Engagement Manager to join our team and help some of our largest customers run their hacker-powered vulnerability assessment and penetration testing programs!
