May 1, 2018

Reina is with the Defense Digital Service, as part of the larger US Digital Service; those responsible for Hack the Pentagon. Staying true to the bug bounty concept from the beginning, they launched Hack the Pentagon and subsequently followed up with the DoD’s Vulnerability Disclosure Policy on HackerOne (https://hackerone.com/deptofdefense) and gave launched Hack the Army, Hack the Airforce 1.0, Hack the Airforce 2.0, and Hack the US Defense Travel System. In the video, Reina discusses h1-212, the live-hacking event with the US Air Force in New York City, which kicked of Hack the Air Force 2.0 and their successes with various challenges. “It’s been really incredible to spear head this at the DoD. I think if you can do it at the Pentagon, you can do it anywhere.” Learn more about how HackerOne works with the US Department of Defense in this full ebook: https://info.hacker.one/dod-challenge-ebook/
