Shawn Baker is Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Channel at HackerOne, where he leads the company's worldwide revenue organization and partner ecosystem. With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales and channel strategy, Shawn brings a track record of building high-performing teams and scaling go-to-market programs across complex, global markets. Prior to HackerOne, Shawn held senior sales leadership roles at Secureworks, where he served as Vice President of North America Sales and was recognized as a CRN Channel Chief in 2023 for his work leading strategic partnerships and channel sales across North America. He has also held leadership positions at Rapid7 and Forcepoint, developing deep expertise in cybersecurity sales motions, solution selling, and VAR and partner-driven growth strategies.
