Chief Legal and Policy Officer
Ilona Cohen is HackerOne's Chief Legal and Policy Officer, where she oversees the company's legal and compliance functions, leads its global public policy work, and serves as a strategic advisor to the Board and the executive team. Cohen moved from government to the private sector after serving in the White House, first as a senior lawyer to President Obama and then as General Counsel of the Office of Management and Budget, where she helped design and implement the Administration's technology and cybersecurity initiatives. Earlier in her career, Cohen served as counsel to the Senate Armed Services Committee. She began her legal career in private practice at WilmerHale.
