We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join our high performing global sales team and help us scale up our sales processes and operations to the next level.
You will support the whole spectrum of Sales Operations processes from creating the data hygiene foundation, to diligent process documentation, to effective sales systems configuration, to insightful data analysis to enable sales leaders and individual sales team members to be more effective in their respective roles. You will get great visibility into the end-to-end sales process and overall business operations of a SaaS company. You will get to interact cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and other departments.
The successful candidate is someone who excels at organizing and analyzing big amounts of data and is really good with numbers (strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a must).
The position will report to the Director of Sales Operations and is based in San Francisco, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Own the end-to-end data hygiene in Salesforce.com CRM as the foundation for all sales operations processes.
Own creating of renewal opportunities upon closing of renewable deals.
Own sales tools usage analytics to assure that all users are using all the tools as expected.
Own sales tools administration tasks: onboarding users, setting up custom workflows, etc.
Run quarterly sales analytics, including data preparation and analysis.
Maintain sales processes library: write reference documentation on new processes, identify the need to update existing documentation as processes evolve.
Support ad-hoc data research and data analysis needs of Sales.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
2+ years of professional experience.
Process-oriented, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
B.Sc in a quantitative discipline (math, economics, finance, business, engineering).
Experience working with SFDC or similar CRM system.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker).
Experience of supporting sales or business function.
