Security teams don’t just need automation, they need automation that works the way they work. That’s why Hai Plays lets you create custom instructions that shape how Hai responds based on your team’s workflows, preferences, and language. Since launch, users have built over 400 plays to streamline validation, improve consistency, and eliminate repetitive work.

Now, Hai Plays are shareable across your organization, so teams can build once and reuse everywhere.

What Are Hai Plays?

Hai Plays create personalized plays for repetitive tasks, providing custom instructions to teach Hai your organization's domain knowledge. Think of them as reusable, AI-ready guidance: how to structure an executive briefing, what to prioritize during remediation, what language to use when summarizing risk. These instructions help Hai deliver more relevant, consistent responses that reflect your team’s goals.

Until now, these plays were tied to individual users. That worked well for personal workflows, but didn’t scale across teams.

What’s New: Organizational Sharing

With this release, you can now share Hai Plays across your entire organization. Whether you’re a single team or a global enterprise, you can create standardized plays and make them available to everyone in your program. This improves alignment, encourages collaboration, and speeds up the adoption of best practices.

Real Use Cases

Shared Hai Plays unlock value in a range of scenarios, especially for larger orgs or teams working across roles and regions:

  • Standardize workflows across teams to ensure consistent handling of vulnerability types
  • Reduce back-and-forth with engineering by embedding preferred formatting, language, or risk framing into Hai’s responses
  • Accelerate onboarding by giving new users instant access to curated plays based on your existing processes
  • Promote consistency in executive briefings and internal reporting
  • Capture institutional knowledge in a repeatable format, reducing reliance on tribal knowledge

Whether you’re using Hai in the UI or via API, shared plays ensure your team speaks the same language, because Hai has learned yours.

Get Started

Creating a Hai Play is quick; just set the instructions, save it, and share it with your organization when you’re ready. No complex setup, no extra overhead.

Already using saved prompts or personal plays? Now’s the time to scale what’s working.

  1. Review your most-used plays and make them available to others.
  2. Want to align on triage priorities? Create a “Triage First Steps” play.
  3. Need consistent executive summaries? Build a “Briefing Format” play.

The possibilities are wide open.

What’s Next

This release is part of Hai’s evolution into an agent that doesn’t just support your workflow but adapts to it. With shared Hai Plays and the launch of the Insight Agent, Hai is becoming more than a helpful tool; it’s a true teammate, one that learns from your team, works the way you do, and gets smarter every day.
