Betsey Nelson is an independent director and advisor to high-growth technology companies. Her extensive board career spans global public companies like Nokia, Autodesk, Upwork, and Zendesk to Silicon Valley startups. Formerly she served as EVP and CFO at Macromedia, where she led the company's key operational and administrative functions before its acquisition by Adobe. Prior to Macromedia, she spent eight years at Hewlett-Packard in international finance and corporate development, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
