  • (German Speaking) Sales Development Representative EMEA, Inbound

    United Kingdom Marketing
    HackerOne is searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is interested in developing their career in cybersecurity sales or marketing. The SDR will build and nurture relationships with cybersecurity leaders by partnering with sales executives and marketing to qualify inbound leads and set meetings.

    This position is part of the marketing team. They will report to the Director of Sales Development and work closely with our regional marketing team and the enterprise and mid-market sales teams in the United States. The SDR will coordinate with outbound SDRs working on certain targeted accounts.

    What You Will Do

    • Work queue of inbound leads.
    • Follow up via phone, social and email to connect with and qualify prospects.
    • Schedule and attend initial prospect meetings to provide a warm handoff to Sales.
    • Maintain contact and account details.
    • Manage follow-up email sequences.
    • Drive participation in marketing activities like events, webinars, and direct messaging campaigns via invitations to contacts and prospects.

    Who You Are

    • At least one year of relevant sales development, telemarketing, or inside sales experience.
    • Willingness to accept feedback and coaching; eagerness to suggest improvements.
    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Ability to interact with prospects without fear of rejection.
    • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and social selling desired.
    • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution preferred
    • Must speak German to a professional level
    90-day Timeline for Success:

    -Month 1: Guided onboarding and training will help you comfortably and effectively deliver HackerOne’s value proposition
    Learning target prospect needs and how HackerOne can solve their problems
    -Month 2: On a ramp quota of 50%, you should be actively prospecting target accounts and ramping on all internal processes
    -Month 3: At 100% quota, you are moving full-speed ahead, crushing quota, and even helping new SDRs as they come on board

The Federal Account Executive will focus on New Business bookings within Civilian through the creation of sales leads, establishing ongoing rapport and closing business.
